MSC Walls are comprised of standard structural light gauge metal studs. Patented "composite connectors" are attached to a metal framed wall assembly which becomes a structural composite panel when the assembly is embedded in wet standard hard rock concrete. The MSC composite walls are also fire rated assemblies as well as very energy efficient S.T.C. rated sound walls.
Light weight concrete panels can be produced for exterior non-load bearing cladding, spandrel, curtain wall, or infill. Any form of aesthetics can be integrated into the panel. Cladding of hi-rise buildings utilizing MSC panels provides for the interior furring already in place for drywall.
